brendan cass is a little too tyson reeder for me...BB can be super good, but i'm usually not feeling the palette. i saw you posted dave miko - he's great. i like the joan mitchell/bernard frieze combo, burrito brother...

I know what you mean w.w. and yeah, I don't like Tyson Reeder - but I like Scott Reeder. Maybe he's more my generation...

I have Cass saved to post in the future. I really like Ben Butler. He got a review in artforum.
