Hi. My painting is pink and black with a few rows of green lumps, some white foam and some blue wormy bits coming out of the black. It's very small. Did you go to the opening? I did. It was very warm. That's all.

I did go and I think I know the painting you are talking about. Closest to the door on the left? Very nice. I wasn't there to long and I will go back after the holidays to review because I think it is a really strong painting show and they don't come that often. I also think I saw your work at Alona Kagan last Feb.?

Yeah I was in a group show at Alona K.

I am also looking forward to re-seeing the 67 show. I didn't take much in due to the heat-producing swarm. I liked Ben Butler's painting. And Ridley's and of course D. Humphrey.

Do you know the work of Medrie MacPhee? She is going to have a show at Michael Steinberg in Jan. Very weird, colorful, painterly. Maybe you will like it.

I will post her in Jan. thanks for the tip.
I really liked that painting at Alona Kagan.

That is really nice of you to say so. Thank you. One never knows about these things - often it feels like the work goes into a silent void. I hope one day to know your work, even though I probably do and don't realize it.
